Our Belief: We, at Ostro, believe that communities in which we operate, are important stakeholders in our business. Through CSR activities, we intend to contribute to their socio-economic development and enhance their quality of life.

Our Commitment: We are committed to proactively engage with communities, understand the challenges they face in their daily life and find means to support them to overcome the challenges.

Our Learning so far: Through engagement with our project related communities across different states in India, we believe access to clean drinking water is one of the key challenges communities face in rural areas. It is also an established fact that educational and health infrastructure in rural areas can be improved with right support. By supporting on water, health and education fronts, Ostro intends to make a positive impact among the communities where it operates.

Our Approach: We work with our developers and also with local NGOs to achieve our commitments to
project communities. Ostro has a dedicated team of experienced professionals, who work at ground level with NGOs and CSR teams of our developers to bring positive impact in project communities.

CECODECON: Centre for Community Economics and Development Consultants Society (CECOEDECON) is one of Rajasthan’s leading civil society organizations.
